Meet Denise

Hello... my name is Denise... and welcome to my site!

I attended the 3-year professional training at the Unergi School of Body-Psychotherpy in PA, and I am a certified Body-Psychotherapist. I am a clinical member of the U.S. Body-Psychotherapy Association and I honor their code of ethics.

I am a White Light Reiki, Level II practitioner. Accessing the "life-force energy" through Reiki, this gentle yet powerful energy modality helps creates balance and allows for the body to heal where needed. I love the way this approach is subtle, yet truly assists in the healing process for my family and others.

For over 10 years I have been privileged to work closely with a wonderful Homeopath, learning to use homeopathy for my family and myself. The education and use of these homeopathic remedies helped bring me a depth of health and self-care.

In my holistic practice I continually bring an open heart, deep compassion and my love of nature. My strong connection to, and my love of Astrology, Angel Therapy, Crystals, EFT, and Essential Oils have added support in creating a more balanced and harmonious lifestyle for me. Nutrition and healthy dietary choices are integrated into my daily life for over 20 years. I believe that honoring my own self-care in body, mind and spirit connects me to an organic wisdom and deepens my quality of life, purpose and service.
